Camp Lucy, nestled on 289 acres in the heart of the Texas Hill Country, is a premier wine country resort. With 5 event venues, 41 luxury guest rooms, and the award-winning restaurant Tillie's, Camp Lucy offers a truly unique and unforgettable experience to its guests.
Responsibilities:
- Assist with training and supervising front-of-house staff in steps of service
- Handle pre and post-shift duties including closing paperwork, server cash-out, and closing restaurant
- Help service floor when needed
- Assist management team with scheduling and shift coverage management
Key qualities in the person we're looking for include:
- A minimum of 2 years F&B experience, with at least 1 year in a management position
- Experience in an upscale dining environment is highly preferred
- Personality and charisma
As a Floor Manager at Camp Lucy, you will have the opportunity to be a part of the management team leading the front-of-house operations for Tillie's, a highly stylized 'American Nouveau' restaurant.
