Overview
We are looking for motivated and dependable Hosts to join our team at Camp Margaritaville RV Resort and Lodge in Pigeon Forge.
We are seeking a friendly and organized Host/Host to join our dynamic team in the hospitality industry. As the first point of contact for our guests, you will play a crucial role in creating a welcoming atmosphere and ensuring an exceptional dining experience. Your ability to manage guest relations and provide outstanding customer service will be key to your success in this role.
Responsibilities
- Greet and welcome guests as they arrive, ensuring a warm and friendly atmosphere.
- Manage reservations and seating arrangements efficiently, using the POS system to track guest flow.
- Assist guests with inquiries regarding menu items, specials, and restaurant services.
- Maintain cleanliness and organization of the host/host station and dining area.
- Collaborate with restaurant staff to ensure smooth operations during peak hours.
- Address guest concerns promptly and effectively to enhance their overall experience.
Requirements
- Previous experience in a hospitality or food service environment is preferred but not mandatory.
- Strong customer service skills with a focus on guest relations and satisfaction.
- Excellent phone etiquette and communication skills.
- Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
- A positive attitude and willingness to help others, contributing to a team-oriented atmosphere.
- Familiarity with POS systems is a plus but can be learned on the job.
