Shuttle Driver
Summary of Position
Responsible for transporting guests and/or employees between the Company’s properties and stop areas in a safe manner according to the Company Driver Agreement Policy.

Knowledge and Experience
Education: High School Diploma or equivalent required
Valid CDL license, Class B with passenger endorsement and Medical Card
Experience: Six (6) months in a hotel/resort setting preferred
Resort/ National Park Concession experience preferred
Responsible for transporting guests and/or employees between the Company’s properties and stop areas in a safe manner according to the Company Driver Agreement Policy.
Responsibilities
- Transport guests and/or employees between the Company’s properties and designated stop areas in a safe and efficient manner
- Provides highest level of customer service and give assistance if necessary
- Be knowledgeable and helpful to passengers and guests as to schedules and services
- Strictly follow Company’s lost and found program
- Ensure vehicle is clean, fueled, and in safe working condition, noting any issues to Manager; performs pre & post shift vehicle inspections using Company inspection Forms and Vehicle Logs
- Understand company’s ISO (Environmental & Quality) management systems, policies, goals, and initiatives and meet the specific responsibilities within these areas.
- Adherence to associated Duties Checklist and other related duties as assigned
Position Requirements
- Superior customer services skills, strong communication skills and a team player
- Work a variety of day, night, weekend, and holiday shifts
- Safety oriented paying attention to all traffic rules and Company Driver Agreement Policy
- Provide a clean driving record on a MVR background check
- Pass a pre-employment drug screen
