As a Customer Service Representative at CAMP Systems International, Inc., you will play a critical role in handling client inquiries, requests, and needs. This role offers an opportunity to become familiar with our software, clientele, and brand while utilizing your exceptional customer care skills to provide professional representation of our company.
Key Responsibilities
- Provide timely and effective responses to client inquiries and requests.
- Assess and address client needs, ensuring seamless support and satisfaction.
- Maintain accurate records of client interactions and communications.
- Provide expert assistance with client-facing applications, reports, and services.
- Support business interactions, including setup, user access, data processing, and connections to relevant analysts as needed.
- Maintain high standards of telephone and email etiquette, ensuring prompt and professional communication.
Requirements
- Fluency in both English and French.
- Intermediate understanding of computer software and applications such as Microsoft Excel and Word.
- Excellent interpersonal skills and a warm, welcoming attitude.
