Camp W is seeking a detail-oriented, organized, and self-motivated individual to join our team as a Weekend Housekeeper & Gardener. This is a unique, part-time role that supports both our kids’ summer camp and Airbnb-style cabin rentals throughout the year.

This position is ideal for someone who finds joy in keeping spaces beautiful, clean, and welcoming—whether it’s folding fresh laundry, tending to native perennials, or preparing cozy cabins for arriving guests.

Hours:
Flexible shifts, approx. 11am–3/4pm, Thursday through Monday
Some schedule adjustments may occur seasonally

What You’ll Do:

Spring/Fall/Winter (Cabin Season):

• Clean and reset Airbnb cabins between guest stays
• Handle laundry and linens for each cabin turnover
• Maintain cleanliness of shared spaces including bathrooms, shower house, laundry room, and kitchenette
• Walk property to pick up any debris and keep grounds guest-ready
• Tend to perennial beds, native plantings, and our vegetable garden as needed

Summer (Camp Season):

• Focus shifts to camper laundry (bedding, towels, clothing)
• Assist with general facility tidiness and supply organization
• Light gardening/tending work as time allows

We’re Looking For Someone Who:

• Has a strong eye for detail and pride in a job well done
• Can work independently and manage their own daily routine
• Is physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs, walking up steep driveways, squatting, and moving through varied terrain
• Enjoys outdoor work and embraces changing weather conditions
• Can juggle multiple tasks—like flipping laundry while prepping cabins
• Is open to seasonal shifts in responsibilities and rhythms
• Brings a respectful, grounded presence to the land and to our team

Bonus if you have:

• Previous experience in housekeeping, laundry services, or hospitality
• Familiarity with eco-friendly or dry-cleaning practices
• A love for gardens and a knack for tending to plants
