Growing Wealth Management & CPA Firm with locations in Spring Hill, Trinity, and Inverness is seeking a Director of First Impressions for our Spring HIll location. The ideal candidate will be courteous, with a helpful disposition. Excellent written and verbal communication, customer service and computer skills are essential. We offer an excellent compensation package.
Responsibilities:
- Greet clients and visitors with a positive, helpful attitude.
- Maintain confidentiality.
- Answer multiple lines, in a professional manner, screening and routing calls appropriately.
- Scheduling and confirming appointments.
- General office duties including, scanning, copying, faxing, filing, mail sorting and distributing, and other administrative tasks.
- Errands and light housekeeping to ensure a warm, welcoming environment.
Requirements:
- Prior experience as a receptionist in a professional office (law firm or accountant office) preferred.
- Consistent, professional dress and demeanor.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Competency in Microsoft applications including Word, Excel and Outlook.
- Excellent time management skills with an emphasis on multitasking.
