• Provides direct patient care under the supervision of a registered nurse or physician
• Participates in multidisciplinary rounds and conferences to develop and implement individualized plans of care
• Collaborates with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless transitions and optimal patient outcomes
Qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Nursing from an accredited institution
• Current Wyoming LPN license
• One year or more of experience in Medical/Surgical and Psychiatric Nursing preferred
