The Admissions Director will focus on census development and occupancy management to achieve financial goals of the facility while also maintaining compliance in accordance with local, state and federal standards and regulations, established facility policies and procedures. They will be able to work alone and within a team for the enhancement of the facility.
- Oversee the admissions process, ensuring a seamless experience for prospective resident.
- Foster relationships with case managers to enhance the admissions experience.
