We are currently seeking a dedicated, caring, and compassionate RN Supervisors for evening, night and weekend shifts
Responsibilities and Duties
- Responsible for the operation of the Nursing Department and facility.
- Organize and maintain staffing guidelines to meet resident needs.
- Direct services and communicate to DON/Administrator and other Interdisciplinary Team members as needed.
- Communicate and promote the facility in a positive manner.
- Identify and follow disciplinary action as stated in Human Resource policy and procedures.
- Instruct, educate and re-enforce policy and procedures of the facility.
- Assure adequate provisions are provided for residents and facility needs.
- Collaborate with community facilities/physicians’/and other vendors’/services to assure resident care is provided.
- Perform RN assessment to residents post incident/falls or change in condition.
- Able to direct pertinent plan of care needs for residents.
- Lead and direct Emergency situations – (e.g. - Fire alarm, Elopement, Police etc.)
- Maintain accurate nursing report, staffing sheets and census roster.
- Utilize the nursing process in the care of designated residents.

- Qualifications and Skills
- Must possess, as a minimum, a Registered Nurse Degree from an accredited college or university and a current NYS RN registration.
- Must have, as a minimum, one (1) year experience as a supervisor in a hospital, long-term care facility, or other related health care facility.
- Proficiency in IV therapy, assessments, care planning.
- CPR Certified
- Computer Proficiency
- Team Player
Job Types: Full-time, Part-time
Pay: From $40.00 per hour

- 8 hour shift
- Evening shift
- Night shift
- Weekends as needed
