- Oversee daily clinical activities of LPNs and CNAs.
- Conduct admissions assessments and ongoing patient evaluations.
- Provide leadership and ensure resident needs are met.
- Administer medications and personalized interventions.
- Maintain medical supplies and document patient information accurately.
- Participate in interdisciplinary case conferences and care planning.
- Must have a current NYS RN license, 3 years of RN experience preferred, and a BLS certificate.
