Campbell Homes is a Colorado Springs based home builder established in 1965 and dedicated to building the best homes in the Colorado Springs area. Campbell Homes has a full-time opportunity for a Community Sales Assistant.
The Community Sales Assistant’s primary role is to support the sales efforts of the Community Sales Manager and report directly to them. All Campbell Homes employees must also represent Campbell Homes with the highest level of integrity, character, professionalism, courtesy and ethics possible.
This is a fulltime, entry level, hourly sales position plus a closing bonus and will be eligible for company benefits that include health, dental and vision programs, 401k, company paid life and AD&D along with paid time off in your first year.
Responsibilities:
· Service customer needs with professionalism and courtesy
· Meet and greet clients and be able to effectively demonstrate the features of the model home
· Become familiar with Campbell Homes standard and optional features
· Work independently at the model home on Community Sales Manager’s days off
· Prepare model home for the day as needed by arriving 15 minutes early to turn on lights, straighten up, remove trash, etc. Make note of items in need of repair or cleaning.
· Maintain marketing materials and office supplies
· Attend monthly sales meetings
· Obtain competitive market information on a regular basis
· Assist Community Sales Manager with prompt customer and realtor outreach that may include answering phones, responding to emails, setting up showings, making appointments, social media marketing, registration cards, thank you cards, etc.
· Assist Community Sales Manager in contract execution and follow through paperwork
· Track customer and realtor communications
· CRM data entry and tracking
· Perform other related duties as may be required by the Community Sales Manager
Qualifications/Requirements:
· High school diploma or equivalent
· Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook
· Excellent verbal and written communication skills
· Pass a drug test and background check prior to hire
· Dress in professionally appropriate attire
· Attention to detail
· Strong organizational skills
· Ability to work independently
· Weekend work is mandatory
· Dependable personal transportation
· Physically be able to perform light lifting of office supplies, model home supplies, etc.
· Physically able to climb stairs and walk home sites under various stages of construction
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $18.00 - $20.00 per hour
