Role Description
Prepare for and attend court hearings, depositions, mediations, and trials
Preparation and drafting of pleadings, discovery, motions and memoranda of law
Manage and oversee a caseload of litigation cases to ensure steady progress towards resolution and
maintain regular client communication
Provide clear guidance and supervision to support staff to ensure efficient task completion
Qualifications
Juris Doctor degree from a U.S. law school
Admission and in good standing to one or more U.S. state bars
A minimum of 3 years of civil litigation experience
Ability to take and defend depositions, represent clients in hearings, and contribute to trial
preparations
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
Strong research, writing, and analytical skills
Interpersonal, leadership and mentoring skills
Ability to handle time sensitive matters, sometimes several simultaneously
