Key Responsibilities:
- Assist doctors with patient care and treatments.
- Learn to perform X-rays (no prior experience needed—we’ll provide training!).
- Support the new patient admission process, ensuring all forms, introductions, and questions are handled seamlessly.
- Help with administrative tasks, such as patient follow-ups, and maintaining organized records.
- Provide translation and interpretation services for patients who may need language support, ensuring clear communication and an exceptional patient experience.
- Handle miscellaneous office tasks.
- Ensure every patient feels welcomed and cared for.
- Maintain high standards of organization, punctuality, and communication.
Requirements:
- Recent graduate from an accredited Medical Assistant Program.
- Outgoing, friendly personality with excellent communication skills.
- Ability to multi-task and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
- Fluent in english and spanish (written and spoken).
- Must thrive in the mornings—our team starts early!
