JOB SUMMARY:

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Manage and grow an existing customer base, ensuring high levels of satisfaction, retention, and expansion of share of wallet.
- Oversee internal processes, including account setup, order fulfillment, and ensuring seamless customer experiences.
- Work closely with internal teams to ensure customer needs are met promptly and efficiently.
- Support Sales Representatives as needed on new business development (NBD), ensuring a smooth transition from the sale to account management.
- Identify opportunities for account growth, upselling, and cross-selling services/products.

QUALIFICATIONS:
- Proven experience in Account Management or Customer Success roles
- Strong focus on customer retention and relationship management
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Experience working with internal teams to optimize processes and ensure seamless customer service
- Ability to support sales teams in growing the business while managing existing accounts
- Detail-oriented with the ability to manage multiple accounts and priorities effectively
