Maintenance Lead –
Residential Condominium Property
Seeking a skilled and
dependable Maintenance Lead to support a residential condominium
community. This is a working supervisory position, responsible for both
hands-on maintenance duties and the oversight of a small on-site team.
Position Overview:
The Maintenance Lead will supervise one full-time maintenance technician and one part-time janitorial staff member. In addition to daily maintenance responsibilities, this role requires coordination with third-party services vendors including landscaping, pool maintenance, HVAC, and plumbing contractors.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Perform
routine maintenance and repairs across building systems (electrical,
plumbing, HVAC, etc.)
- Schedule,
assign, and supervise maintenance and janitorial personnel
- Coordinate
and oversee work performed by external vendors and contractors
- Ensure
prompt response to resident work orders and maintenance requests
- Conduct
regular inspections of the property to identify maintenance needs or
safety issues
- Maintain
accurate records of maintenance activities and supply inventories
- Ensure
all work is completed in compliance with company policies and relevant
codes/regulations
Full-Time- Monday through Friday. 8:00a to 4:30p on call for emergencies as well.
Pay Rate: $55k- $60K DOE
