What are the responsibilities and job description for the Maintenance Lead position at Renco USA, Inc?
About RENCO USA, Inc:
RENCO has the sole approval and certification to design and build mineral composite fiber reinforced (MCFR) structures under the International Building Code and is fully patent protected.
RENCO MCFR is a state-of-the-art structural building system of interlocking composite building units of various types and sizes of blocks, columns, beams, joists, headers, decking, connectors, etc. Our products are adhesively joined (chemically bonded) to form monolithic structures. The RENCO Structural Building System has been evaluated in ANSI certified laboratories to ASTM standards for structural performance, physical characteristics, and fire resistance. After a thorough evaluation, IAPMO-UES approved and issued its Evaluation Report to permit the use of RENCO Structural Building System under the IBC (International Building Code).
Our Story:
The building industry has remained a constant over the past 100 years. Innovation was lacking and structures have been codified, designed, and constructed using only wood, concrete, or steel….until now!
Relying on a simple interlocking idea, previously untapped technological advances, a fresh unabated approach, and an unwavering can-do attitude, we persevered and have developed an alternative structural building system using composites to achieve superior strength, fire resistance, sustainability, economics, and speed over conventional building methods.
Without competition, we have completed scores of projects internationally and have now embarked on our first stateside project in Palm Beach County, Florida, to demonstrate our many advantages over wood, concrete, and steel construction, all while being respectful of our surroundings.
