Key Responsibilities:

Plan, organize, and execute engaging events and activities for residents, fostering a strong sense of community.

Coordinate social events, wellness programs, educational workshops, and recreational activities.

Collaborate with residents to understand their needs and interests, ensuring activities cater to diverse preferences.

Manage event budgets, including tracking expenses and ensuring events are within budgetary guidelines.

Communicate event details to residents through newsletters, emails, and social media platforms.

Work closely with vendors, service providers, and other team members to ensure smooth event execution.

Monitor resident feedback and adjust programs to improve the overall community experience.
