-Create, update, organize and track employment offers and hiring documentation
-Data entry of all new employee information into HRIS, ensuring HR data is accurate and complete
-Manage background check platforms as part of new employee onboarding
-Onboarding and orientation: creating new hire packages, preparing orientation materials, and coordinating new hire trainings
-Assist new staff with hiring documentation answering questions and providing information as needed.
-Manage/Update forms and templates, organizing and filing digital/paper employee documentation
-Generating ad hoc reports for management as required
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $65,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
