We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Service Writer to join our team. The ideal candidate will serve as the primary point of contact for customers seeking RV repair services, ensuring a seamless communication process between customers and service technicians. This role requires a strong understanding of the RV repair processes and excellent customer service skills to enhance customer satisfaction and loyalty.
Duties
- Greet customers and assess their RV service needs.
- Document customer concerns and relay information accurately to service technicians.
- Provide estimates for repairs and services based on customer requirements.
- Schedule appointments and follow up with customers regarding their vehicle status.
- Maintain accurate records of services performed, parts used, and customer interactions.
- Collaborate with service technicians to ensure timely completion of repairs.
- Address customer inquiries and resolve any issues related to service or repairs.
- Stay updated on RV technologies.
Qualifications
- Previous experience in an RV or automotive service environment is preferred.
- Previous Lightspeed DMS experience.
- Strong customer service skills with the ability to communicate effectively with clients and team members.
- Familiarity with service technician roles and dealership operations is a plus.
- Excellent organizational skills with attention to detail in documentation.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple tasks efficiently.
