In 2004 he openned Camperland of Oklahoma, and since then the business and customer experience gets better and better every year. Today, Ron is still active in the company, but day-to-day operations are overseen by his sons, Thomas and Brent Shepherd. Key Responsibilities
- Work with the Finance Director to maximize department productivity.
- Results driven focus on selling products and assisting customers in their purchase.
- Oversee contract placements while optimizing F&I PVR.
- Assist the sales desk in structuring deals effectively.
- Consistently follow all F&I office procedures and contract flow processes.
- Be involved in the sales process to ensure customer satisfaction.
- Help manage contracts in transit, ensuring timely funding through continuous communication with the business office.
- Assist in monitoring F&I PVR, product penetration, and lender penetration rates.
- Participate in weekly sales meetings to address F&I training and related matters.
- Support the Finance Director and Sales Manager in training sales staff.
- Adhere to all company policies and procedures.
- 3-5 years of experience within Sales.
- Must be able to work well with others, and help the entire team be more successful.
- Strong communication skills, effective time management, and a professional demeanor are essential.
- Excellent closing skills.
- The ability to overcome objections.
- Strong organizational abilities and the capacity to train finance and sales personnel.
- Valid driver's license.
