- They will lead department teams and assist/mentor colleagues in their roles, while consistently promoting company programs.
The ideal candidate will have a high school education or equivalent, previous retail experience, and excellent communication skills. They must be able to maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic, and be able to work flexible retail schedules, including evenings and weekends.
Responsibilities:
- Provide outstanding customer service and ensure every customer receives the best possible experience.
- Develop strong product knowledge and effectively communicate with customers, colleagues, and management.
- Lead department teams and assist/mentor colleagues in their roles.
- Consistently promote company programs, including warranty sales and Good Sam Memberships.
- Maintain a high level of store appearance, which may include stocking and performing general housekeeping duties.
- Cross-train to perform other duties as assigned.
- Perform miscellaneous duties as required.
Requirements:
- High school education or equivalent.
- Previous retail experience preferred.
- Superior customer service skills and excellent communication skills (written and verbal).
- Maintain a professional demeanor and work ethic.
- Ability to work flexible retail schedules, including evenings and weekends.
- May be required to lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs with assistive devices.
- Periods of standing, stooping, crawling, and bending.
