Key Responsibilities:
- Review deal paperwork for thoroughness and accuracy prior to sending to the Accounting hub for processing
- Verify key data between deal paperwork and system
- Communicate with dealership personnel to resolve discrepancies
- Sort daily mail and obtain general manager approval on invoices prior to sending to the Accounting hub for processing
- Act as liaison between the dealership and Accounting hub to ensure accurate and up-to-date payroll and timekeeping information prior to payroll processing
- Scan daily check deposits and make occasional trips to the bank with cash deposits
- Ensure all payment information has been accurately recorded by department personnel
