Senior Specialist of Paid Social

The Senior Specialist of Paid Social will focus on the day-to-day management and optimization of paid social campaigns, primarily on Meta platforms (Facebook, Instagram). The role requires a strong technical foundation in paid social advertising, with an emphasis on data-driven decision-making and advanced analytics to optimize performance throughout the customer journey.

Key Responsibilities :

• In-Platform Campaign Management :

Manage and optimize paid social campaigns across Meta platforms, including audience segmentation, ad creation, and bid strategy.

Utilize advanced analytics, including SQL and Excel, to analyze campaign performance and make data-driven optimization decisions.

Work closely with the creative team to develop and test new ad creatives, ensuring alignment with brand messaging and audience expectations.

The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions including but not limited to skill sets; experience and training; licensure and certifications; and other business and organizational needs. Pay Range :

75,390.00-$113,032.50 Annual
