The successful candidate will be responsible for driving revenue growth, building strong relationships with our customers, and identifying and pursuing new business opportunities.
Main Responsibilities:
- Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of all current marketing campaigns and product offerings
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities through research, outreach, and engagement
- Maximize sales opportunities and traffic through effective communication and relationship-building skills
- Adhere to scripts and talking points provided for each type of phone call initiated or received
- Record and manage prospective customer information through the CRM system
- Work closely with the Business Development Manager to increase the results of the department
Requirements:
- Clear and concise written and verbal communication skills
- Results-driven and motivated for sales
- Excellent customer service skills
- Ability to effectively manage responsibilities with time management to reach goals
- Ability to multi-task while demonstrating strong organizational skills
- Prior CRM experience and computer savvy
- Previous sales experience preferred
