Camping World seeks a highly skilled Service Advisor to provide exceptional customer service and support in our Service Department. As a key member of our team, you will play a vital role in ensuring our customers have a positive experience with our products and services.
**Key Responsibilities:**
• Determine product needs and services by working directly with customers
• Suggest add-on sales to increase average transactions
• Provide price estimates for designated installations prior to scheduling appointments
• Maintain open communication with customers regarding work progress
**Requirements:**
• A minimum of one year of service experience is preferred
• Previous RV product or camping lifestyle knowledge
• Ability to work daily on a computer and perform internet searches as needed
• Excellent organization and follow-up skills are required
• Valid driver's license
• May lift up to 25 lbs and/or move up to 50 lbs. with assistive devices
**Compensation:**
The pay range for this role considers several factors in making compensation decisions, including but not limited to skill sets, experience, and training. This position is eligible for variable compensation in addition to base pay. The estimated annual variable compensation range is $25,000 - $35,000.
