Job description:
The Marketing Coordinator / Graphic Design Specialist works closely with the Business Development Specialist and Director of Business Development to provide administrative, marketing, and graphic design support to Campus Construction Management Group’s Business Development team. Core responsibilities include assistance with the team's primary marketing functions and collateral development while demonstrating our corporate philosophy of employee ownership, outstanding client satisfaction, community partnership, and ethical business practices.

Director of Business Development
ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS:
The Marketing Coordinator / Graphic Design Specialist will work closely with all members of the Business Development team to provide administrative support and production assistance with the following primary functions:
· Design and coordinate production of print and digital advertisements for industry publications, client sponsorships, and trade shows.
· Design, maintain, and update internal and external marketing collateral to promote the Campus brand and culture on multiple platforms and media, including but not limited to:
· Booklets and brochures
· Large-format signage
· Trade show booth/banners
· Social media platforms (as well as tracking and analysis of campaigns)
· Website and intranet (SharePoint)
· Coordinate with vendors for professional photography and video production for capturing photos and video of Campus projects.
· Plan and coordinate administrative needs for attendance at trade shows, special events, and public relations (PR) opportunities.
· Provide proposal production assistance, including but not limited to:
· Assistance with developing proposal content and design
· Copy-editing and proofreading (including some editing and copy writing)
· Printing, collating, binding, packaging, etc.
· Develop design graphics for and coordinate production of client-facing presentations, brochures, and handouts.
· Review all work produced by the Business Development Department to provide style and grammar edits and ensure quality control and brand consistency standards are upheld.
EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE:
· Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Graphic Design, or a related field preferred, or an equivalent combination of related work experience, training and/or education sufficient to successfully perform the essential duties of the job.
· A minimum of one (1) to three (3) years of professional marketing experience preferred, or an equivalent combination of relevant internship / co-op experience. Prior experience in the A/E/C industry is a plus.
KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS & ABILITIES:
· Understanding of basic marketing principles
· Knowledge and experience in graphic design principles and technical skills
· Proficiency in Adobe CC programs (InDesign, Photoshop, Acrobat, Illustrator)
· Proficiency in Microsoft PowerPoint and other Office programs (Word, Excel)
· Social media management and content development skills
· Excellent time management and organizational skills; effective multi-tasking and ability to plan, prioritize, and manage deadlines is essential to this role
· Effective verbal and written communication skills
· Detail oriented, collaborative communicator and team member
· Excellent people skills including customer relations, diplomacy, and assertiveness.
· A demonstrated ability to achieve key objectives
· Architecture/Construction/Engineering Industry experience is a HUGE plus!
