- Project Planning:
- Develop detailed web marketing plans, including timelines, tasks, and deliverables, in collaboration with team members.
- Define project scopes and ensure all team members understand their roles and responsibilities.
- Monitor and adjust project plans as needed to meet changing priorities.
- Client Communication:
- Serve as the main point of contact for clients, providing updates on project timelines and deliverables.
- Manage client feedback and ensure it is integrated into project workflows.
- Address client concerns promptly and professionally.
- Quality Assurance Oversight:
- Ensure all deliverables meet quality standards and align with client expectations.
- Identify potential project risks and propose solutions to mitigate them.
- Perform final checks before delivering projects to clients.
Technical Responsibilities
- Project Management Tools:
- Utilize our CRM software to assign tasks, track progress, and maintain project visibility.
- Organize and maintain details for all projects.

- Help to develop templates and tools to streamline recurring tasks.
- Budget Tracking:
