Creative Project & Media Manager

The NIL Store is seeking a highly organized and proactive Creative Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will work closely with our creative, marketing and e-commerce operations teams to ensure that apparel designs, product drops and launch timelines are being executed smoothly. You will manage project timelines, make minor edits to design files, organize and oversee file setup for marketing and production, and ensure everything is ready to go live in a timely fashion. The ideal candidate is a master of organization with an understanding of Shopify and Adobe Creative Suite, capable of driving projects to completion.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee project timelines to ensure apparel designs move efficiently through necessary steps (design, review, production)
• Manage Dropbox and other file organization systems, ensuring all creative, marketing and production files are accurately set up and accessible
• Communicate frequently with team leads to provide status updates on creative projects
• Ensure all media and project assets comply with licensing and branding guidelines
• Edit files within Adobe Photoshop & Illustrator, making adjustments for both creative and production needs
• Manage multiple small projects simultaneously, prioritizing as necessary to meet deadlines
• Take ownership of backend file management, ensuring consistency and clarity across projects
• Collaborate with the e-commerce ops team to ensure timely launch and quality control of new apparel designs
  
  
  

Requirements

• Experience in Adobe Suite (required)
• Understand Dropbox organization & file management (required)
• Shopify platform experience
• Familiarity with project management systems like Notion, Asana or Trello
• Experience in creative operations or production management within a marketing, design, or retail environment
• Experience managing multiple project timelines and workflows across teams
• Strong creative judgment, with an understanding of design trends and licensing implications
