The NIL Store, the nation's leader in officially licensed NIL apparel for collegiate athletes, is a rapidly expanding apparel arm of Campus Ink which has a focus on design, brand management, and e-commerce solutions. We are seeking an experienced marketer specializing in email and digital revenue generation strategies working specifically for our NIL Store team. The candidate will ideally possess past experience marketing for brands, impressive organizational skills, creative flair, and a talent for project management in order to help take our team to the next level.
About Campus Ink & The NIL Store
Campus Ink operates a DTC & B2B merch platform for college athletes & college students. Under the NIL Store, we build officially licensed merch platforms for Universities so every athlete in every sport has the ability to sell merchandise and profit off their name image and likeness. We train students on those campuses in design, sales & marketing, and sell to other organizations. Campus Ink also manages national e-commerce brands for Greek Organizations.
Responsibilities :
- Develop digital & email revenue generation strategies across the NIL Store's more than 100 university properties at scale
- Plan and execute all digital marketing, including SEO / SEM, marketing database, email, and display advertising campaigns
- Develop and lead campaign strategy for new product launches
- Measure and report performance of all digital marketing campaigns, and assess against goals (ROI and KPIs)
- Identify trends and insights, and optimize spend and performance based on the insights
- Brainstorm new and creative growth strategies
- Plan, execute, and measure experiments and conversion tests
- Collaborate with internal teams to create landing pages and optimize user experience
- Utilize strong analytical ability to evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels and customer touch points
- Instrument conversion points and optimize user funnels
- Collaborate with agencies and other vendor partners
- Evaluate emerging technologies. Provide thought leadership and perspective for adoption where appropriate
