We’re looking to grow and expand our digital presence, and we need an experienced Digital Marketing Manager to lead our online marketing efforts. Join our team to help drive brand awareness, generate leads, and ensure a smooth customer journey.

Job Overview : The Digital Marketing Manager will be responsible for developing, managing, and optimizing all digital marketing initiatives to increase customer engagement, generate leads, and enhance online visibility. This role requires someone with hands-on experience in a wide range of digital marketing activities, including CRM management, local SEO, paid advertising, analytics, content creation, and virtual assistant management.

Key Responsibilities :

Systems Usage : Utilize SmartMoving CRM and other systems, such as Zoom and CallRail, to manage customer relationships and drive conversions, ensuring seamless customer journeys and communication at every stage.
KPI Analysis & Reporting : Monitor and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs), prepare comprehensive reports, and use data to optimize marketing strategies and campaigns.
Google My Business / Local Dominator : Optimize and manage Google My Business listings and use Local Dominator or other local SEO tools to improve local visibility and attract nearby customers.
Google Sheets / Excel : Create and maintain reports and dashboards for data analysis, campaign tracking, and project management using Google Sheets and Excel.
Google Analytics : Track and analyze website traffic, user behavior, and conversion data through Google Analytics to provide actionable insights and improve website performance.
Google PPC : Manage and optimize Google Ads (PPC) campaigns to drive targeted traffic to the website, improving lead generation and ROI.
Yelp Advertising : Create, manage, and optimize paid advertising campaigns on Yelp to increase local visibility and attract reviews and potential customers.
Other Channel PPC (e.g., Facebook Ads) : Manage PPC campaigns across other digital platforms like Facebook, Instagram, and additional social channels to increase brand awareness and conversions.
SEO (On-Page & Off-Page) : Implement and optimize on-page SEO (including keyword research, content optimization, and metadata) and off-page SEO strategies (including backlink building) to improve search engine rankings.
Content Writing & Distribution : Write and distribute engaging content across various platforms (websites, blogs, social media, etc.) to drive traffic and increase brand awareness.
Management of Virtual Assistants : Oversee virtual assistants, ensuring that tasks are completed efficiently, aligned with marketing objectives, and maintaining high standards of quality and productivity.

Qualifications :

5-10 years of experience in digital marketing, with a strong focus on lead generation, SEO, and local marketing strategies.

Proficient in CRM tools (e.g., HubSpot, Salesforce) and marketing automation platforms.

Strong understanding of Google My Business optimization and local SEO strategies.

Expertise in Google Analytics, Google Ads (PPC), and other paid advertising channels, such as Yelp and Facebook Ads.

Advanced skills in Google Sheets and Excel for tracking, reporting, and data analysis.

In-depth knowledge of on-page and off-page SEO best practices, including keyword research and backlink strategies.

Excellent content writing skills with the ability to create engaging and persuasive content for digital platforms.

Proven experience managing virtual assistants or remote teams.

Strong analytical skills, with the ability to interpret data and make data-driven decisions.

Ability to manage multiple projects and campaigns simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.
