About the Team
As the IT Administrator, you will play a crucial role in representing Campus's brand and mission to the online community. As part of our IT team, you'll work closely with students, faculty, and staff to ensure seamless IT operations and a positive user experience. Whether it's troubleshooting, implementing new tools, or enhancing system security, the IT team plays a vital role in making technology accessible and reliable for everyone at Campus.

- Provide both on-site and remote IT support to internal employees, ensuring quick resolutions to technical issues.
- Co-administer systems such as Google Workspace, Okta, and Jamf with a focus on office-specific needs.
- Troubleshoot and manage repairs for an all-Mac fleet, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
- Deliver IT training to staff, empowering them to make the most of available tools and technologies.
- Co-lead the setup and configuration of equipment and technology for new office locations.
- Offer ongoing support to on-site and regional teams, fostering a smooth and productive work environment.
- Ensure the security, maintenance, and efficient operation of all IT assets.

- Have 4 years of experience with Google Workspace, Jamf, Okta, and Mac troubleshooting/servicing.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills, allowing you to build positive relationships with students, faculty, and staff.
- Are proactive, detail-oriented, and capable of juggling multiple responsibilities effectively.
- Have a passion for learning and applying new technologies to improve IT systems and processes.
Required:
- 4 years of relevant IT experience
- Hands-on experience with Google Workspace, Jamf, Okta, and Mac fleet management
- Basic understanding of networking and best security practices
Nice to Have:
- Experience with IT security protocols and best practices
- Apple Device Support or Deployment and Management certifications a plus
- Start up experience
What you'll get:
A compensation package that includes a base salary ($80,000 - $95,000) equity grant
- Actual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location. For roles that are available to be filled remotely, base salary is localized according to employee work location.
