About the Role
The Visual Designer at Campus will play a key role in refining and evolving our visual brand. You'll design compelling assets across digital platforms, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and contribute to high-impact projects like the redesign of Campus.edu and marketing campaigns. This role combines creativity, strategy, and execution, offering the opportunity to make a lasting impact on how Campus connects with current and prospective students. You have
4-7 years of professional design experience , particularly in roles involving digital marketing, web design, and cross-team collaborationYou have expertise in responsive web design and a strong grasp of UX / UI principles.You're highly skilled in Figma and experienced in collaborating with technical teams.Your portfolio showcases your ability to create compelling visuals across various mediums.You're an effective communicator who can present design concepts to diverse audiences.You thrive in collaborative environments, integrating feedback to refine designs.You're passionate about how great design drives brand impact and student engagement.You're a proactive problem solver with a keen eye for detail and visual storytelling.What you'll get :
A compensation package that includes a base salary ($90,000 - $110,000) equity grantActual compensation within the pay range will be decided based on factors including, but not limited to, skills, prior relevant experience, and specific work location.
