What are the responsibilities and job description for the Visual Designer position at Synergy Interactive?
Key Responsibilities:
- Marketing Campaign Design:
- Create visually engaging digital assets, including banner ads, email designs, and promotional pop-ups.
- Design landing pages or mini-sites tailored to specific marketing initiatives, such as seasonal promotions or exclusive offers.
- User Engagement & Conversion Optimization:
- Develop design solutions that encourage user interaction and action, such as entering an email for a discount code or clicking through to a brand’s website.
- Ensure that all creative assets align with the brand’s identity while maintaining a high level of personalization and effectiveness.
- Cross-Platform Asset Creation:
- Design marketing materials for various digital channels, including web, mobile, and email.
- Adapt designs for different placements, such as website pop-ups, display ads, and SMS promotions.
- Collaboration & Execution:
- Work closely with marketing strategists, copywriters, and developers to bring creative concepts to life.
- Implement feedback from data-driven performance insights to refine and optimize designs for better engagement.
Qualifications & Experience:
- 3 years of experience in digital marketing design, graphic design, or a related field.
- Strong portfolio showcasing banner ads, email designs, landing pages, and digital marketing assets.
- Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, XD) and design tools for web and mobile.
- Experience designing for performance-driven marketing campaigns (e.g., retargeting ads, personalized promotions).
- Strong understanding of branding, typography, and UX principles.
- Experience working within brand guidelines for high-profile clients or luxury brands is a plus.
- Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, data-driven environment.
Salary : $50,000 - $70,000
