Key Responsibilities
Educate managers, employees, contractors, and retirees on HR policies, plans, programs, practices, processes, and tools (e.g., compensation, benefits, development projects, EEO).
Handle front-line HR customer contacts and resolve inquiries related to pay, retirement, life events, customer transactions, relocation administration, employment verifications, talent planning, development and performance administration, employee recognition, employee relations, benefits, and compensation.
Ensure accuracy and consistency in case management data entry and commentary in gateway technology.
Forward complex inquiries to the appropriate resource seamlessly, ensuring appropriate follow-up as needed.
Ensure receipt and storage of appropriate documentation, identifying and reporting HR system issues.
Provide recommendations based on daily activities and call trends to update, simplify, and enhance processes, procedures, and technologies.
Assist with the implementation of new/redesigned programs, policies, and services, providing feedback as the customer's first line of contact.
Maintain and ensure the integrity of HR database in the processing of transactions and related forms.
Review, analyze, and process needed data updates based on HR system reports.
Perform other job-related duties as assigned.
