About the Role:
We're seeking a detail-oriented Production Coordinator to oversee client communications and post-production workflow. You'll be the bridge between our producers and clients, ensuring smooth project execution from asset collection through final delivery. This role is ideal for someone who excels at organization and enjoys managing multiple moving parts in a fast-paced environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as primary liaison between clients and production team
- Manage client onboarding, including asset collection and brand guideline distribution
- Track and communicate project milestones between producers and clients
- Maintain clear documentation of feedback and version approvals
- Oversee delivery schedules and ensure timely project completion
- Continuously improve post-production processes and client communication systems
- Comfortable hosting client calls
Ideal Candidate:
- 2 years experience in production coordination, account management, or similar role
- Exceptional organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Strong written communication abilities for client correspondence
- Ability to manage multiple projects with competing deadlines
- Basic understanding of video production workflows (experience as a plus)
