What You'll Do
- Welcome new hires with a seamless onboarding experience—prepare paperwork, lead engaging orientation sessions, and help employees hit the ground running.
- Keep our HR records organized and up to date—maintain employee information in the HRIS system and ensure everything stays compliant and accurate.
- Be a go-to resource for benefits support—assist with enrollments, answer employee questions, and help coordinate open enrollment.
- Stay on top of compliance—track training, certifications, and policy acknowledgments to ensure we’re always aligned with company and legal standards.
- Support performance and development efforts—help track performance review schedules and assist with documentation to keep employees growing.
- Play a key role in recruitment—post job openings, coordinate interviews, and keep candidates informed throughout the hiring process.
- Help refine and maintain HR policies—make sure they’re accessible, up to date, and aligned with company standards.
- Contribute to HR projects and initiatives—help enhance employee engagement and improve processes that support our team’s success.
What You'll Bring
- Associate’s or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
- 1-3 years of experience in an administrative or HR support role, preferably in construction, skilled trades, or a similar industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook).
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a customer-service-oriented mindset.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism.
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: $22.00 - $25.00 per hour
