What are the responsibilities and job description for the Part-Time Leasing Professional position at Camson Properties?
Camson Properties is now hiring a part-time leasing agent. Approximately 15 to 25 hours a week.
- Leasing! Leasing! Leasing the property to prospective residents
- Implementing new and creative ways to market and increase prospective resident traffic
- Providing prospective residents with one-of-a-kind, highly detailed and customized touring experiences
- Offering legendary customer service
- Closing the deal and completing all necessary tasks, paperwork and administrative duties
- Attention to detail and a high degree of accuracy
- Strong organizational skills
- Improve and maintain a strong and effective social media presence
- Speed, efficiency, the ability to multi-task multiple projects, and work under a deadline
- Proficiency in Microsoft, Word and Excel
