What are the responsibilities and job description for the Customer Service Reservationist (CSR)/MATP Coordinator position at CamTran?
Ebensburg office. The Medical Assistance Transportation Program (MATP) provides non-emergency medical transportation service to medical assistance consumers residing in PA. This position is responsible for answering incoming calls, taking trip reservations for all services, including the Medical Assistance Transportation Program (MATP), in a concise and accurate manner and inputting reservations into the software system while providing effective customer service. This position is responsible for ensuring compliance with the state and federal regulations of the Medical Assistance Transportation Program’s (MATP) and reporting as needed.
• Minimum of an associate’s degree in business administration
• Must have at least 3 years’ experience in either transportation operations and/or customer service and experience with computer operations and applications.
• Safety-sensitive position - subject to random drug and alcohol screenings as governed by FTA regulations and Authority policy.
• Starting Payrate Range: $20.00 – $23.00 per hour (dependent on experience)
