Technical Requirements
The successful candidate will have experience with structural assembly operations, including assembly and fitting of detail parts and structures, riveting structural members, assemblies, and parts, and reading work orders, blueprints, lofts, sketches, and operation sheets to determine sequence of operations. They will also have experience working with Solumina and Smarteam and hold Q-Stamp certification. Additionally, they will be skilled in close tolerance work, have knowledge of special tools and equipment, and be able to work with composite resins and materials. Basic computer and shop math skills are also required, as is the ability to read and comprehend basic documents and instructions and read a scale. The ideal candidate will have a professional attitude, attention to detail, and the ability to work with people and meet demanding schedules.
