POSITION OVERVIEW

We are seeking a talented Graphic Designer and Brand Manager to join our team. This role demands a creative professional with a strong background in graphic design and branding. You'll create engaging designs for print and the web platforms while ensuring alignment with our brand identity and marketing goals. Working closely with our Creative Director, you'll contribute to developing innovative concepts and producing high-quality deliverables that resonate with our audience. Strong organizational skills, multitasking abilities, and an eye for detail are essential for success in this position.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

Create visually appealing designs for print and the web.
Collaborate with the Creative Director to develop and execute creative concepts.
Ensure all designs align with and support the company's marketing goals and brand identity.
Develop creative materials that drive engagement and acheive marketing objectives.
Manage multiple projects with tight deadlines, ensuring timely delivery.
Stay up-to-date with industry trends and best practices to bring fresh ideas to the table.

QUALIFICATIONS & SKILLS

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field.

Proven experience as a Graphic Designer or similar role, with a strong portfolio of creative projects.

Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) and Microsoft 365.

Solid understanding of typography, color theory, and layout principles.

Strong written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with team members.

Excellent organizational and multitasking abilities, with a proactive approach to meeting deadlines.

A team player with a positive attitude and the ability to support colleagues across all levels.

Basic knowledge of web design and experience managing email campaign platforms.

Photography skills are a plus, including assisting with photo shoots or capturing images as needed.
