What You’ll Do
- Merchandise large-format retail stores on a daily basis
- Conduct store surveys to identify product needs
- Stock shelves, cold boxes, and floor displays
- Ensure product rotation and proper ordering
- Maintain clean and organized product presentation
- Communicate with sales team on store performance and customer feedback
- Build and maintain strong relationships with store personnel
What We’re Looking For
- At least 1 year of merchandising experience
- A valid Michigan driver’s license and clean driving record
- Strong communication and people skills
- Reliable, self-motivated, and team-oriented mindset
- Professional appearance and demeanor
- Ability to lift 10–40 lbs and work in various environmental conditions
- Willingness to work weekends and some holidays
Location requirement: Must live within Lansing, MI to Brighton, MI area
