Location
This is a hybrid position requiring 3 days a week in-office attendance at our Walnut Creek, CA location. Our office is conveniently located near public transportation (BART), is ideal for bicycle commuters, and features an onsite secured parking garage.
Position Summary
The Senior Marketing Manager will spearhead the marketing efforts and strategic direction for the North America Residential Energy Storage division. You will lead and execute comprehensive internal and external marketing initiatives (MarCom, Advertising, Social Marketing, etc.) that bolster and enhance Canadian Solar's sales activities across the US, Canada, and Mexico.
This new role presents a unique opportunity to revitalize our digital marketing strategy for our residential product division : EP Cube. Utilize your extensive understanding of modern digital and social media to increase revenue and accelerate product adoption. You will play a pivotal role in crafting innovative and creative brand strategies, reporting directly to the Founder and General Manager of EP Cube.
Responsibilities :
- Lead and plan marketing activities, ensuring the development of systems, structures, competencies, and values that meet and exceed marketing objectives.
- Design and evaluate the annual marketing strategy for North America encompassing strategic market planning, research programs, field activities, and manage the marketing budget.
- Collaborate with the marketing team at CSI headquarters and regional sales to prepare marketing plans for new product introductions.
- Establish reporting and communication channels for all marketing activities to solicit feedback from sales and management teams.
- Develop customer engagement programs aimed at expanding our customer base among authorized resellers and installers for residential energy storage products.
- Coordinate product training initiatives and participate in industry exhibitions, customer events, and solar summits.
- Manage Social Media channels to elevate Canadian Solar's profile and generate interest in our product range.
- Analyze online metrics to uncover optimization opportunities and present insights to leadership.
- Stay abreast of technology trends to maintain Canadian Solar's position as a digital marketing leader in the industry.
- Oversee junior team members focused on event planning, graphic design, email marketing, and more.

Compensation & Benefits
Canadian Solar offers a competitive salary along with a comprehensive benefits and performance bonus package based on annual objectives. Our benefits package includes a 401(k) Retirement Plan, medical / dental / life / disability coverage, paid time off, and sick days.
The pay range for this position is $120,000 - 140,000. This range represents annual base salary only and excludes quarterly bonuses, incentives, or benefits that may apply. The pay range for this role is subject to change.
