• Full-time, hands-on designer with wide skill set and proven experience to handle various project needs for package design, product design, product specifications, and various marketing materials
• Work closely with product development and marketing teams to produce compelling product and packaging designs for multiple existing and new brands
• Generate concept sketches
• Create marketing images for dot com and online content
• Drive productivity and ensure projects meet quality and design expectations on schedule
• Participate in brainstorms, trend and market research to present ideas for concepts, design solutions and innovation
Qualifications & Requirements
• 3-5 years of professional experience in package design, preferably toy industry. High technical skills and artistic skills to jump in to handle multiple projects, workflow, time management, manage other designers on bigger project
• Degree in graphic design, toy design, industrial design or related field is required
• Must submit resume and portfolio for consideration
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative suite for package design, product rendering, concept rendering, photo editing and manipulation
• Ability to create images, illustrations, and graphics for use on packaging, product, instructional manuals, and marketing materials
• Strong project management skills and ability to drive projects forward for tight timelines.
• General understanding of packaging materials and production processes for China manufacturing
• Ability to generate die-lines for package design, comps, displays and merchandising solutions
• Comfortable with critiques, project feedback, and adapting to changing needs
