We are looking for a highly motivated, positive, and energetic individual to join our team! Someone who is a self-starter and likes to juggle a million things at once would be the perfect candidate for this Project Coordinator position for our Portland office. This is a full-time position with paid benefits described below.

Coordinator Duties
- Work directly with our client's marketing and events along with wide array of vendors.
- Coordinate the creation of promotional merchandise and event décor for events.
- Manage logistics - Project timelines and shipping details
- Customer Service and order tracking
- Product research and sourcing
- Create pitch decks and product mockups
