We are currently hiring a temporary Grade 3 Classroom Teacher to be on assignment from March 5, 2025, to June 12, 2025. This is a full-time, temporary position that requires a non-provisional Oregon teaching license with an endorsement in Elementary - Multiple Subjects.

• Stipends
• • National Board Certification: $1,000
  • Doctorate Degree: $1,000
• Insurance
• • $1,504 monthly district contribution for medical, dental, and vision coverage
  • Licensed insurance money is pooled, meaning funds that are unused by other licensed staff may reduce or eliminate your out-of-pocket expenses
  • Monthly opt-out stipend for individuals who waive coverage
  • Option to enroll in high-deductible HSA-eligible plan; if you select this plan, the district will contribute funds remaining from your monthly contribution into your HSA
• 10 paid sick days per year
• 5 paid personal days per year, with payout for up to three unused days
• 70 minutes of daily protected prep time (minimum)
• • Payment at per diem for loss of prep time due to student meetings
• Option to work remotely on grading days and non-student work days
• Up to 12 quarter credits of tuition or professional development reimbursement at the Portland State University rate
