Cancelled Breaks is an exciting and dynamic startup on the rise. As we grow, we're seeking a personal assistant to support both business and personal needs. This role offers room for growth to a full-time position as the company expands.
Position Overview :
We are seeking a highly organized and adaptable personal assistant to join our team! In this role, you'll perform a combination of clerical, administrative, and personal tasks to drive our company's success and ensure smooth daily operations.
Responsibilities :
- Greet and assist onsite guests in the morning
- Plan, schedule and remind me of appointments and events
- Coordinate deliveries and manage personal shopping needs
- Develop and implement organized filing systems
- Manage and assist me with coordination and tasks
- Tidy up around the office
- Drive to run errands such as trips to the post office, dog groomers and dry cleaners
- Walking and playing with our two French bulldogs - they're super sweet and need some love
- Running laundry and cleaning the dishes
- Assist with light cleaning and tidying around the home / office space such as fixing the pillows on the couch (no scrubbing of toilets, etc. we have a cleaning company come for that)
- Perform other personal and office-related tasks as assigned
