Director of Individual Giving and Events
The Director of Individual Giving and Events oversees CRI's individual giving and events programs, to increase donor acquisition and engagement, which will result in raising the resources to fund the research necessary to advance groundbreaking discoveries and build a world immune from cancer.
Responsibilities :
- Oversee donor program for $1 - $9999, including Small-sum donor program ($1 - $1000), Mid-sum donor program $1000 - $9999
- Oversee donor journey for all donors in the individual giving program, including partnering with marketing and development operations teams on the acquisition of new donors, as well as stewardship and solicitation of existing donors
- Partner with development operations on the acknowledgement of all gifts
- Oversee research and internal prospecting to identify and qualify donors with growth potential
Partner with the Major Gifts program team members to create a pipeline of prospects to qualify and advance from individual giving to the major giving program
Partner with development operations, marketing and vendors to plan, design and execute campaigns (including print, email and social components)
Partner with CEO, CDO and CMO to design events that will help to achieve CRI's strategic fundraising and awareness goals
