What will I be doing?
- Assists in leading daily operations of the pool, leads personnel functions such as training, scheduling, rotations, and recognition of lifeguards.
- Coordinates the prevention of aquatic incidents through the policies, rules, and regulations governing the conduct of owners/guests while preventing pool emergencies.
- Provides emergency care/treatment, as needed.
- Routinely inspects area to ensure cleanliness, equipment is in good working condition.
- Knowledge of water rescue methods, life guarding and first – aid practices and techniques.
- Other duties as assigned by your leader.
Qualifications
What are we looking for?
- High School Diploma/GED
- Poses a lifeguard, CPR & First Aid certifications or acquire after hire.
- Flexible to work any day of the week and any shift to include weekends and Holidays.
- Ability to tolerate environmental factors such as humidity, cold/heat, dust and noise.
- Move, lift, carry, push, pull, and place objects weighing less than or equal to 25 pounds without assistance. Requires occasional handling and maneuvering of persons in excess of 100 pounds.
