Description
Essential Job Functions:
- Responsible for assisting with CANDEO’s technology needs
- Provide helpdesk support to CANDEO employees
- Assists staff with hardware and software needs and provides training as needed
- Supports the DBP in administering CANDEO’s network infrastructure, server environment, messaging systems, basic applications support (no application development/code writing) and computer peripherals
- Troubleshoots all technology issues
- Pursues formal/informal continuing education to maintain/enhance knowledge in areas related to the operation of the agency
- Supports CANDEO’s Mission to inspire clients to achieve their personal goals by modeling the values of the organization in the following areas:

Education and Training
- BA/BS or associate’s degree in computers, MIS, or a related IT field or equivalent combination of education and experience
- One year of working experience in a Microsoft Windows network environment
- Valid Iowa Driver’s License with proof of Auto Insurance
- Experience with Windows 11 or 10; Windows Server (2016 or above), computer networking, helpdesk support
- Prefer exposure to Active Directory, Group Policy and computer hardware repair
- Prefer exposure/experience with Microsoft 365 and Cisco Meraki administration
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- High level of organization
- Ability to work independently and unsupervised
- Must be able to pass criminal history, motor vehicle, child abuse, dependent adult abuse and sex offender registry background checks
