Rate : $30 - $40 / hr / -
Seeking an IT Support Specialist - Bilingual (English / Portuguese) to assist in supporting a global network of automation systems, hardware, software, and documentation for various production and processing systems.
Job Responsibilities :
3 years of experience with intake and processing of service requests (JIRA Service Desk).
Solving hardware, software, server, and database issues.
Support document creation and maintenance (Confluence).
Direct user training and support.
Must Haves :
Bilingual : English and Portuguese (business level proficiency).
Customer service experience in person or remote.
Knowledge and understanding of SQL and relational databases and SQL query creation.
DB tables relationships.
Stored procedures.
Ability to coordinate multiple tasks with aggressive timeframes.
Excellent communication skills writing, verbal (listening and comprehension).
Understanding in low voltage electronics (48V or less).
Basic understanding of mechanical, electronics, pneumatics, and hydraulic systems.
